Florida Bright Futures Guidelines
Academic Scholarship: This scholarship is for students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance throughout high school. To be eligible, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5, a combined SAT score of 1290 or an ACT score of 29, and meet the state residency and citizenship requirements.
Medallion Scholarship: Designed for students with strong academic records but who may not meet the higher thresholds of the Academic Scholarship. Eligibility requires a minimum GPA of 3.0, a combined SAT score of 1170 or an ACT score of 26.
Gold Seal Vocational Scholarship: Aimed at students who pursue vocational or technical programs. This scholarship requires a minimum GPA of 3.0 and completion of a vocational program. It provides funding for certification and licensure exams.
